Fletcher's portfolio of programs provide the flexibility to meet the evolving and diverse needs of students and their employers, regardless of location or learning objective. 

We offer residential, online and hybrid options, complete two-year programs and accelerated durations, and programs designed for those looking to explore different disciplines within global affairs as well as those with a specific career focus.

Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD)

Gain an outstanding professional foundation in law and diplomacy, as well as economics, business, politics, and history with this two-year international affairs degree.

Master in Global Affairs (MGA)

Build purposeful skills and expertise to propel you on the fast track into an impactful global career.

Master of International Business (MIB)

A two-year interdisciplinary degree, the MIB combines a firm grounding in fundamental business skills with a contextual knowledge of the forces driving international affairs and global business.

Master of Laws in International Law (LLM)

Build a strong foundation in public and private international law, while deepening knowledge in complementary subjects, such as political science, history, business or economics.

Master of Arts (MA)

Enhance your career by acquiring skills and knowledge from across Fletcher's different divisions with this nine-month program, designed for mid-career and senior level professionals.

Global Master of Arts Program (GMAP)

A 12-month program that combines intensive, asynchronous study with three live residencies—two in-person and one virtual.  The program is designed for mid-career and senior-level professionals from across the globe who want to continue working full-time while pursuing their degree.

Master of Arts in Humanitarian Assistance (MAHA)

The MAHA is a one-year joint degree program offered in partnership with the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. The MAHA is geared toward mid-career professionals who have significant field experience working in the humanitarian assistance space.

Masters of Arts in Transatlantic Affairs (MATA)

This two-year joint degree program, offered in conjunction with the College of Europe, provides students interested in studying on both sides of the Atlantic with an international outlook and the skills to deal with cross-border issues in a multidisciplinary and multicultural setting.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

Deepen your expertise with a Fletcher PhD. Our program offers multidisciplinary advanced study in international affairs for individuals who have completed a master's degree of at least one and a half years, including 12 to 16 semester-long courses in international affairs or a related field.

Online Master of Global Business Administration (GBA)

Similar to a global MBA, this program for experienced professionals blends business and management coursework with in-depth international classes. By combining virtual learning, in-person immersions, and connections to the Fletcher network, the GBA prepares working professionals to work fluidly across borders and sectors.

Joint PhD Fletcher-Tufts Graduate School of Arts and Sciences

The PhD in Economics and Public Policy, offered jointly with the Tufts University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, seeks to address critical issues of economic development, rising energy demand resulting from economic growth, and the environmental consequences of progress.

MS in Cybersecurity and Public Policy

This innovative, new degree, jointly offered by Fletcher and the Department of Computer Science in the Tufts School of Engineering, unites those from technology and policy backgrounds, preparing them to tackle the increasingly common and complex threats taking place in our global and digital world.
