Fletcher’s Office of Career Services (OCS) is a partner in your career search. We provide individualized support to help ensure you are market-ready and find the job that’s right for you.

OCS offers a number of resources to help you along the way. Through sector-specific programming, skill-building workshops, networking opportunities, flagship programming, subscription services, APSIA partnerships, and a portfolio of digital resources, we can help you identify and articulate your unique value to employers.

Meg Litvinenko

Meg Litvinenko, Director

Meg has spent the majority of her career working in higher education career services. Prior to joining Fletcher, Meg was a senior campus recruiter with AMS, which exposed her to corporate recruiting practices and allowed her to flex into diversity, equity, and inclusion recruitment and programming, as well as employee and alumni network engagement. 

Helen Anderson

Helen Anderson, Senior Associate Director 

Helen has supported students in their career management since she joined Fletcher in 1992. Helen coaches students and alumni interested in the private sector, manages the Slawson fellowship, and teaches career-related workshops. 

Caitlin Hughes

Caitlin Hughes, Associate Director, Employer Relations

Caitlin oversees hiring needs in the Public, Non-Profit, Multilateral, NGO, and IO sectors, engaging employers and sourcing roles, leading major events, and curates new employer partnerships based on the evolving desires of the Fletcher community. 

Peter Towne

Peter Towne, Associate Director, Career Services

With years of experience supporting students in their career search, Peter coaches Fletcher students in one-on-one meetings, drop-in sessions, and workshops, and teaches the Professional Development Program (PDP), the career development course provided to all Fletcher students.

Mofei Xu

Mofei Xu, Associate Director, Career Services

With a background in the nonprofit and education sectors, specifically with immigrants and international students, Mofei provides career education and coaching to students and alumni, particularly those interested in careers with international organizations, multilaterals, INGOs and NGOs.

Lloyd Ocean, Executive Special Projects

Lloyd supports the Office of Career Services through private sector employer engagement and by offering strategic insight. To provide value to the Fletcher community, he draws upon his of management and policy experience gained from years in public and private, national and international roles.

Leticia Romney, Assistant Director

With a background in higher education career services, Leticia is passionate about empowering students and coaching learners through navigating their career journeys through the public sector. Her experience includes advising and instructing diverse student populations at both the undergraduate and graduate level as well as creating and facilitating career-focused programming.
