Students and Alumni Community

Study Spaces
Fletcher's Ginn Library, Cabot Lounge and Mugar Computer Lab offer students space to work individually or in groups. Spaces are designed to provide students with technology and tools to collaborate and complete assignments.
Library & Bookstore
The Edwin Ginn Library is one of six Tufts libraries. Ginn Library supports research and teaching within the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Materials in the collection include those addressing topics of international relations, law, diplomacy, peace and conflict studies, gender, cyber, business, economics and international development, military and security studies, and a variety of related social sciences disciplines. Fletcher students also make good use of the Data Lab and Digital Design Studio (services include a recording room, large format printing, 3D printing, studio space, and media equipment rentals).
The Tufts Bookstore is conveniently located on campus and sells course books as well as Tufts and Fletcher merchandise to show your school spirit.
Housing & Dining
Fletcher houses students in a Packard Avenue building, which is one block from Fletcher's classrooms, Ginn Library, Mugar Computer Lab, Mugar Café, the Campus Center, and Fletcher Field. Priority for living in here is given to students in our degree-seeking programs.
Tufts Dining Services oversees nine locations across Tufts' Medford/Somerville campus, including full-service dining centers, cafés, a marketplace, and a Glatt Kosher deli cheerfully named "Pax et Lox." Students may purchase a meal plan for easy access to homemade food without the inconvenience of shopping and cooking.
Fitness & Recreation
Graduate work and life can be busy, pulling you in multiple directions. Incorporate self-care by visiting the Steve Tisch Sports and Fitness Center, swimming at Tufts' Hamilton Pool, or joining one of Fletcher's recreational student organizations such as Fletcher Fútbol and Fletcher Running Club. Or stay active by signing up for one of Tufts' individual, dual, or small group classes, including yoga, pilates, tennis, spinning, and rocks & ropes. Tufts University Athletics facilities are open for use by the entire Tufts community.
