Dr. Hilary Price is the Director of GMAP and the Senior Director of Executive Education at Fletcher. Prior to joining Fletcher, Dr. Price was the Chief Advancement Officer and Associate to the Dean of the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. Her career has included positions at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the Preventive Defense Project, the National Democratic Institute in Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the Brookings Institution. Dr. Price holds a B.A. in Political Science and Russian Studies from Williams College and a D.Phil in International Relations from St. Antony’s College, University of Oxford.

Piper Howard

Piper M. Howard joined the GMAP staff in January 2022 as Associate Director. In her role, Piper will manage the day-to-day operations of the GMAP program and oversee all programmatic, financial, academic, alumni, and student- related matters. Prior to joining Fletcher, Piper spent seven years at the Harvard Alumni Association, most recently as Assistant Director of the Harvard Alumni Travels program. During her tenure at Harvard, Piper managed faculty recruitment and relations, oversaw international travel programs, vendors, and events.

Piper earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management with a minor concentration in marketing and communications from Eastern Connecticut State University where she was a member of the women's basketball team.

Stephanie Depauw comes to Fletcher from Harvard Business School where she focused on learning design and technology in support of faculty and students.  She also has a background in international affairs with a MA in International Development and Social Change from Clark University. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with minors in Communication Studies and English from Texas Tech University and is currently completing a graduate certificate in Learning Design and Technology at Harvard Extension School.
