Biography

Leticia Emme is the Managing Director of Impact Management, Monitoring and Learning at the US International Development Corporation (DFC). Leticia has over a decade of experience working with impact investors to adopt best-in-class impact measurement and management (IMM) practices that enable better understanding of investors' impact performance, optimizing decision-making and capital allocation.

Leticia has a strong track record of managing and facilitating cross-stakeholder collaboration efforts. Before joining the DFC, Leticia served as the Head of Impact Standards and Engagement at the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) where she led the development of IRIS+, the general accepted system to measure, manage, and optimize impact.

Previously, Leticia served as Director at the Social Performance Task Force (SPTF) where she managed the Social Investor Working Group and was the Director of the Responsible Inclusive Finance Facility (RIFF) for Central America and theCaribbean. Earlier in her career Leticia was a management consultant for Oliver Wyman and Accenture.Leticia holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. from Universidad de San Andres (Argentina). Born and raised in Argentina, Leticia is a native Spanish speaker.
