Learning a Bit About Russia
Chris Miller appears on WWL Radio to discuss political corruption and daily life in Russia.
I love to learn new things; and I learned a ton of them this morning when we spoke with Chris Miller, an Assistant Professor at the Fletcher School at Tufts University and the author of Putinomics: Power and Money in Resurgent Russia.
President Joe Biden called Vladimir Putin a "killer who has no soul." Putin responded by saying "it takes one to know one." As far as I know NEITHER leader has used the phrase “nanny, nanny boo, boo” but my security clearance may not be high enough to ascertain that information.
But seriously, folks, it was fascinating to hear about every day life in Russia. Listen to what Chris has to say as he compares and contrasts living there and living here and the politics of world leadership.
