Join your Reunion Committee
Reunion volunteers play a vital role in making Fletcher Alumni Weekend a success. It is a great opportunity to connect with classmates, generate enthusiasm, and fundraise during your milestone year.
The time commitment for serving on the committee is typically 2–4 hours per month, with most activity occurring between November and March as you reconnect with classmates and help locate those with whom we’ve lost touch.
As a committee member, your responsibilities include:
- Recruiting a diverse group of classmates to join the committee.
- Reaching out to classmates via email, text, phone, social media, and events to gather updated contact information and encourage reunion attendance.
- Leading by example – make a gift to the Fletcher Fund.
- Supporting the Fletcher Fund by signing class gift appeals, personally contacting classmates, and inviting them to make a gift in honor of the reunion.
- Participating in committee conference calls and discussions.
- Identifying potential venues or hosts for your class dinner.
