The cost of living varies widely depending on students' needs and preferences. A single student can generally expect living expenses of at least $1,400 - $1,700 per month, or approximately $15,000 for the nine-month academic year.
As elsewhere, off-campus housing varies greatly according to location and quality. Generally, students who share accommodations (two-, three-, or four-bedroom apartments) pay an average of $800 - $1,100 each per month. One-bedroom apartments (utilities not included) may range from $1,200 - $1,500 per month. Utilities costs average $100 - $250 per month over the course of a rental year.
A board plan (10 meals per week) is available for all students for $4,800 per academic year. Partial board plans are also available. Review the dining plans here.
