The Master of International Business combines the foundations and rigors of an MBA with breadth in global affairs, preparing graduates for careers in the global economy. It is typically a two-year, full-time residential program. 

Students seeking additional rigorous STEM training should explore the Quantitative Methods (MIB: QM) track. 

The Master of Global Business Administration (GBA) degree is an online master’s program designed for mid-career working professionals who want to advance their careers while continuing to work.

The program is built on a rigorous core curriculum that equips you with the essential skills to thrive in today’s interconnected marketplace.  You’ll ground your studies in business fundamentals, tailoring your degree to align with your career goals. 

Through courses in Sustainable Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Law, Data Analysis and Statistical Methods for Business, and Managerial Economics, you’ll develop the expertise to lead with both strategic insight and global perspectives. Every course is designed to translate directly into impact, preparing you to tackle challenges in international finance, consulting, technology, policy and beyond.

While the Master of International Business is not STEM-designated, students can choose the Quantitative Methods track, which carries STEM designation and may enable international students to extend their optional practical training (OPT) by up to two additional years.

From becoming a research assistant at one of our research centers like the Institute for Business in the Global Context, to joining the editorial board of one of our esteemed student-run journals (Fletcher Forum, Praxis, and the Fletcher Security Forum), to the work you’ll do on a capstone project.
