Fletcher’s flexible interdisciplinary curriculum empowers students to build both breadth and depth in their education, preparing them to become well-rounded thinkers and professionals.
By selecting one or two fields of study, students gain depth—developing expertise in areas such as international business, sustainable development, law, human security and more.
At the same time, students build breadth by engaging across Fletcher’s three academic divisions, which reflect the school’s interdisciplinary strength: International Law and Organization (ILO), Diplomacy, History and Politics (DHP), and Economics and International Business (EIB).
