If you’re worried about finding a place to stay, there is comfortable housing in the surrounding Somerville/Medford area. Fletcher also offers on-campus housing for graduate students in degree-seeking programs, only one block from where your classes will be held.

Many full-time Fletcher students continue to work part-time while they complete their degree. From semester- or year-long jobs as a Research Assistant, to one-off opportunities, jobs are regularly posted.

Cyndi Rubino, Director of Student Experience

Cyndi has a B.A. and MAT from Simmons University where she studied education and psychology. Under her guidance, the Office of Student Experience is the nucleus of student engagement, leadership and support at Fletcher. Cyndi advises Student Council, global treks, student organizations, and annual student-led conferences. Students also seek out Cyndi’s guidance on individual wellbeing, Title IX, and other matters. Can’t find Cyndi in her office? She may be at a Culture Night, social hour, or other gathering.

Donna DeFuria, Assistant Director, Student Outreach & Support

Donna has a B.A. in psychology from Boston University and an M.A. in counseling psychology from William James College. Donna helps students who have concerns about wellbeing, connects students with resources across Tufts and assists students in navigating leave.
