Photos

Wherever possible, please submit high-resolution photos, at least 1000 pixels wide.

Video

For best best video quality, please use:

• Landscape view: When filming with your smartphone or camera, always use landscape mode to make your video more accessible.
• High-resolution settings: For the best results, shoot your video in high-resolution format, preferably no smaller than 1080p. This will ensure that your video looks sharp and clear, even when viewed on larger screens.
• Clean background: Choose a clean, uncluttered background. This will help keep the focus on you or your subject.
• Clear Audio: Try to record in a quiet place. Speak clearly and confidently when recording your audio. Avoid speaking too fast or too softly. Practice your delivery before you start recording.
• Soft lighting: Avoid filming in areas with harsh or uneven lighting. 

Uploading Large Files

• If you want to share a large video/file we suggest you upload it to cloud storage and share the link to the video/file with us instead on the form. There are many cloud storage providers such as iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box etc… Please note you cannot upload an individual video/file greater than 800 megabytes in this form.
