The weekend opened with a welcome reception for Fletcher and Tufts alumni on Friday, December 5.
On the morning of Saturday, December 6, Dean Kelly Sims Gallagher, F00, FG03, provided welcome remarks and a “State of the School” address, followed by Q&A. The program continued with a panel discussion on How Governments Are Shaping the Future of AI featuring:
- Guillermo Christensen: Partner at K&L Gates; Former CIA intelligence officer and diplomat with the U.S. Department of State
- Tony Curzon Price: Policy Advisor at NESTA, the UK’s innovation agency; Policy Advisor at the London School of Economics' Centre for Economic Policy
- Josephine Wolff: Professor of Cybersecurity Policy and Associate Dean for Research at Fletcher; Professor of Computer Science at Tufts; Director of the Hitachi Center for Technology and International Affairs
We concluded the programming with a complimentary three-course holiday luncheon at dion Restaurant.
