The study presents the results of discriminant analysis of migrant behaviour by employed wage earners between regions and industries. The principal conclusion is that all four classes of migrant behaviour are significantly separated by variables of earnings and earnings growth, regional and industrial employment, and income opportunities, age-sex and self-employment status.
