On a favorite class
My favorite class is Nuclear Disorder taught by Professor Francesca Giovannini. I love Professor Giovannini's class because she is so passionate about teaching nuclear issues. I'm a firm believer in deterrence policy given my background in the Defense Ministry. However, her class has convinced me to ask a question I never thought I would be asking myself: "Is nuclear deterrence really necessary?" I have yet to reach a conclusion, but this class is providing me with new perspectives and allowing me to see the issue through another lens.
On life as an international student
I'm really enjoying the American campus life! Tufts has great facilities, the food at the dining halls is delicious, and I love Fletcher's Ginn Library. Fletcher also hosts tons of interesting events! I'm a member of the Ambassachords, which is Fletcher's acapella club. Since Fletcher is such a diverse school, we sing in various languages which is an experience you don't come across very often! The balance between schoolwork, events, and social activities keeps me healthy and stops me from overstressing!
