Biography

On the Map Your Future Pathway
I chose Fletcher for the Map Your Future pathway, which allowed me to travel the world for two years and gain professional experience before joining Fletcher. During this period, I had the freedom to explore my interests, build valuable skillsĀ and examine the market in the field of international relations. I received constant support from the admissions team back at Fletcher when I was gaining work experience. In addition, I was deeply impressed by Fletcher's global alumni network and the quality of the faculty members, many of whom come from robust professional backgrounds.

On the MALD
As per my undergraduate degree, I am a biotechnological engineer who firmly believes that the sciences and humanities are not conflicting fields, but in fact, complementary. They enhance each other's beauty. Fletcher reaffirmed my faith in this compatibility by offering the MALD degree program. The courses offered under the MALD program helped me to gain insight into the policy and legal aspects of my field and gave me the opportunity to learn from faculty members with highly nuanced technical backgrounds. After my graduation, I moved into documentary filmmaking and international journalism where I realized that this in-depth, policy-based, historical and legal knowledge always gives an edge.
