As Senior Director of the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, Cory leads the team that manages alumni engagement and fundraising for Fletcher. Cory began his development career at Brown University, holding several positions in the Brown Annual Fund including Director of the Parents Leadership Program. He then moved to Harvard Law School, where he led both the annual fund and major gifts teams through a successful $450 million campaign. Cory moved from Harvard to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences where he was the Chief Development Officer at one of the country’s oldest learned societies.
After graduating from Brown with a degree in European history, Cory was an assistant basketball coach at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for one year and at Brown for five years. He then became the athletic director at the Jewish Community Center of Rhode Island before returning to Brown to begin his career in advancement.
