Biography
Annin Peck currently lives and works in Hong Kong for Gap Inc.
She graduated from the MIB program in 2017. Her time at Fletcher was spent pivoting from a merchandising/buyer focused perspective of the apparel industry to a business strategy and sustainability focused perspective. Her two fields of study were strategic management & international consultancy and self designed: sustainable development. Fletcher provided her with a unique opportunity to dive deep into the industry that she is passionate about and do so with an interdisciplinary approach. She evaluated the industry from a business, legal, developmental and sustainability perspective. This approach provided her with foundational knowledge and broad perspective which have been invaluable to her career since graduating.
Prior to the MIB program, she worked in San Francisco, CA for Gap Inc as a buyer for Old Navy Franchise, and a merchandiser for Old Navy Licensing. She grew up in the Bay Area, CA and attended University of California, San Diego for undergrad.
On the Fletcher Experience
The Fletcher School opened my eyes up to new perspectives of the world and the industry that I care a great deal about. It prepared me for a successful business career in the apparel industry in every way I’d hoped and many that I didn’t expect. The breadth of the course offering, the academic and industry experience of the Faculty and the diversity of the student body are all attributes of the school that I valued before going and now have come to recognize as critical to my success at Fletcher and my role in strategic sourcing. On a personal note, The Fletcher School is where I met some of my closest friends.
