Your Career

Fletcher's rigorous, yet flexible program allows you to tailor your graduate education to meet your international interests or career goals. Fletcher courses are available to all students regardless of the degree program.

The curriculum at Fletcher allows students to blend theory and practice by building knowledge and professional skills both in and out of the classroom. Through an integrated advising process involving faculty, career coaches, and the Registrar’s Office, students strategically plan a highly-personalized curriculum to meet specific personal, academic, and professional goals. The integrated advising process includes self-assessment, course selection, and career coaching. In addition to formal coursework, Fletcher and Tufts University offers a wide-range of professional skill-building workshops, conferences, and experiential learning opportunities.
