Course Description

This course begins with the One Health premise that health of humans, animals and the environment are interconnected, and that collaborative, multi-sectoral, transboundary and diplomatic approaches are needed locally, regionally and globally to advance well-being across One Health interfaces.We start with the One Health premise that health of humans, animals and the environment are interconnected, and that collaborative, multi-sectoral, transboundary and diplomatic approaches are needed locally, regionally Global health diplomacy is concerned with how and why global health issues play out in a policy context. In this course we aim to develop skills and understanding required to bring policy and One Health communities together to achieve mutual objectives.  globally to advance well-being across One Health interfaces.
