Team Selection and Control Assignments
October 15 - Cutoff for team and control assignments. Team Chiefs will be assigned
October 23 – Registration Ends (Please contact us directly after this date)
Attire
Students - student casual.
Military - No uniforms for military.
Sport coat is sufficient for briefers.
Parking
Passes will be issued via email or website and should be printed pre-departure
Directions to parking areas and Fletcher will be posted under ‘Directions’
Food & Beverage
Provided - all participants are guests of The Fletcher School
Required Preparation
- Control Team Members
- Familiarize yourselves with ICONS and plan on a 60 minute instructional briefing the first day
- Thorough knowledge of background and procedures
- Team Chiefs
- Responsible for team’s preparation and execution
- Familiarize yourselves with ICONS and plan on a quick instructional briefing the first day
- Assign one person to be your ICONS expert
- Thorough knowledge of background, procedures and resources on web site
- Laptops – most people prefer to use their own laptop. We will be offering advance registration for complementary wireless access – please keep an eye out for an email notification, and we strongly recommend you register your laptop in advance.
Computer Support for people coming to Tufts
In order to have your computers available online for the exercise, your laptops must be registered prior to arriving. Please go the link: https://student.support.tufts.edu/connecting-conferences.php. This link has instructions for finding a mac address and a link to the RUP. Tufts turns registrations in 24 business hours. Your participants would need to register prior to coming to Tufts in order to have their computers online when they get here.
