Tara McFeely - MALD2002

Citizen of the United States

"Since graduating in May 2002, Fletcher has opened many more doors for me than I could have ever imagined when I was applying to graduate school: both professional and personal. The careers options I have had since graduating have been both multifaceted and across different professional realms from US Government to private sector consulting. I had an interesting opportunity after graduation as I was mobilized to active duty from my Naval Reserve status. In that one year in which I spent supporting the senior naval intelligence leadership in the Pentagon, I was continuously sought for my opinion not because of my military expertise but because of my world view of the critical cultural, economic, social, historical and security issues. Fletcher taught me a unique perspective that I was able to share with receptive senior policymakers. "
