Fletcher invites organizations hiring for jobs and internships to offer an employer information session at the School in the fall or spring semesters. Information sessions are generally held in the early evening, Monday-Thursday, and last for approximately an hour. The Office of Career Services can provide audio-visual equipment and will assist with any catering/reception needs. Please contact Kate Loucks at 617.627.4697 or Sarah Adler at 617.627.3060 with any questions about our procedures and to discuss how we can assist with your recruiting needs. For more information on our services as well as additional information about the Fletcher School, we encourage you to review Fletcher’s Recruiting Brochure.
Employers hosting off-campus information sessions and interviews at local venues are welcome to contact the Office of Career Services for assistance in reaching appropriate candidates.
The Office of Career Services will organize customized resume collections based on the criteria/job or internship description specified by the potential employer. Resume collections are handled electronically unless the employer requests otherwise. Cover letters are included when requested.
Employers who conduct on-campus interviews generally request a customized resume collection one to two weeks before presenting an employer information session. The Office of Career Services contacts the students selected by the employer to set up individual interview slots within the time frame specified by the interviewer. Interviews are usually held the day following the information session. Some employers prefer to leave open slots available for walk-ins/additional prospects they meet at the information session.
The Office of Career Services provides students and alumni with access to a password-protected web-based job, internship, fellowship/scholarship/grant announcements. All postings are screened for applicability to our student and alumni population. Click here if you would like to post a job for a current Fletcher student.
