Fletcher Career Central is Fletcher’s on-line career management tool that links employers with Fletcher’s students and alumni. Registration is easy and you can post your job(s) immediately upon completion of the simple registration. The system data is proprietary to Fletcher so your registration information and job postings stay exclusively within the Fletcher school. Once you register, returning to the system to add an additional job posting, or make changes to an existing job, is quick and easy.

Fletcher Career Central gives you the power to narrow the target audience you want to review your job posting. You have WYSIWYG capability to control the look and format of the posting and you can review it just as the students will see it before posting your job. You can select what application materials you want (resume, cover letter, writing sample etc.) and how you want to receive them (individually or batch or you can direct students to an on-line application at your organization’s website). You also control when the posting goes live and when it closes. The system will automatically email you when your posting is about to expire and you can easily return to the system to extend the date if you have not yet filled the position.
Once you register you can also contact us to request access to the student resume books which will allow you to search students by specific criteria and/or by a resume keyword seach.
