December 26, 2003 - Chilean publication. Alan Henrikson quoted in this political journal which is edited by a Fletcher grad, Juan Ignacio Brito. For those who don't read Spanish, Prof. Henrikson says that with regard to Chile's assuming the (rotating) Presidency of the UN Security Council, this is an important role because it permits a country, no matter whether it is a permanent Security Council member or not, "to articulate the will of the international community." June 16, 17, 18, 2003 -  London Daily Telegraph. Several months ago Graham Turner, a reporter for The London Daily Telegraph traveled to the United States in connection with a massive series he was researching about America's influence in the world today for his paper. Fletcher was one of the schools the report visited, with interviews scheduled with faculty members and a diverse group of students. The three-part, 21,000 word series appeared this week, complete with quotes from Steve Bosworth, "Horst" Hannum and a Fletcher student from Iran -- the last [June 17] has a hilarious quote about meeting an Iranian farmer who thought that milk flowed from American taps. [Such are foreign perceptions]
