Dick Foster, Author, Creative Destruction: Why Companies That are Built to Last Underperform the Market and How to Successfully Transform Them

Foster, senior partner at McKinsey & Company, argues that companies that have "outperformed" the market over the past 36 years by creating, operating and trading businesses – not by building for the long-term. McKnight, of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, has developed a framework for analyzing industry changes and business strategies to deal with the forces of "creative destruction".
