"This site is a resource for French, German, Italian, Austrian and Israeli legal materials in the fields of constitutional, administrative, contract and tort law. The English translations of decisions from Germany and France include cases from the Reichsgericht, the Bundesverfassungsgericht, the Bundesgerichtshof, the Conseil Constitutionnel, the Conseil d'Etat and the Cour de Cassation."

Hieros Gamos Available in 5 languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish), this site "is the largest and only comprehensive legal site with over 20,000 original pages and more than 70,000 links." The site is organized into various databases which contain information legal organizations including every government in the world, news, online seminars, plus much more. The online law library contains extensive reference works, including many foreign language dictionaries. Note their "Law and Government Resources for 230 Countries" listing.
Inter-Parliamentary Union Established in 1889, the IPU is the world organization of the Parliaments of Sovereign States and works toward the establishment of representational democracy. The site contains extensive information about IPU's working groups, committees, and meetings along with free access to the searchable ParLit Database -- bibliographic references on books and articles dealing with parliamentary law and practice; and the ParLine Database -- general information on each country's Parliament's chambers, descriptions of the electoral systems, results of the most recent elections, information on the presidency of each Chamber, information on the mandate and status of members of Parliament.

It compiles international texts and domestic legislation in the OSCE region ... dealing with the rule of law and the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms."

WHO International Digest of Health Legislation (IDHL) This electronic database replaces the printed version of the IDHL, produced by the World Health Organization (WHO) from 1948 to 1999. Search for the text of legislation via country, subject, volume, issue, or keyword. Results produce a summary of the legislation in English or a title, sometimes with a link to the full text.
World Legal Information Institute (Worldlii) Provides cross-database searching for legal materials of all types for countries around the world. Includes court cases, legislation, treaties, journals and more.
