News from the CIERP - Spring 2005

The Center is pleased to welcome Dr. Kelly Sims Gallagher as an adjunct lecturer at Fletcher for the spring semester. Dr. Sims will be teaching a course on energy policy and how it functions (or does not function) in the international setting. Not only is Dr. Sims Director of the Energy Technology Innovation Project (ETIP) of the Science, Technology, and Public Policy (STPP) Program at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University but she also holds a M.A.L.D. and Ph.D. in International Affairs from The Fletcher School.
