News from the CIERP - Fall 2004

Welcome to the Center’s fall semester student assistants: Jessie Simoncelli and Jordan Maril. Jessie is a junior majoring in Political Science and is planning to spend the spring semester abroad in Prague. Jordan is an entering freshman with strong interests in the environment and human rights issues. The Center is pleased to have their much needed help until December!

Now Available, our first edition of the CIERP Newsletter, THE GREEN BUZZ. Although it is short and sweet, we plan on expanding the newsletter into a 6 page print and online version for the spring semester. Download the current issue here.

A warm welcome back to Dr. Matt Kahn, CIERP’s environmental economist. After a one-year sabbatical in California , we are happy to have Matt back at Fletcher to teach Natural Resource Economics and Economic Development & the Environment.
