This workshop mixes theory and principles with
practical techniques and mixes instruction with discussion and exercises

Participants will learn: • What are the fourteen basic principles of networking? • What differentiates those who employ networking from other students? • Whom should I network with? • How do I establish a networking relationship? • What do experienced networkers look for when deciding whether to network with me? • How do I build company contacts into my network so that I receive more job leads and referrals? • How do I generate job leads from new networking contacts? • How does networking work apply once I’m in a job? • What is "reverse networking?" • How do I organize myself to network? • What are the principal obstacles to good networking and how do I overcome them? • What are the differences in networking internationally? |
