Allen will discuss how Asian telecom carriers
study the US market and implement strategy based on lessons learned from
the US experience. Allen works extensively and closely with top executives
of some of Asia's leading telecom players. He will specifically highlight
project work done for: * An Asian provider to develop a marketing strategy to increase growth. * A long distance division of an Asian telco to develop marketing and regulatory strategy to minimize market share loss due to deregulation. * An incumbent Asian telecom carrier undergoing a divestiture similar to AT&T’s. Specifically on developing a regulatory and product development strategy designed to create an optimal regulatory environment for the largest local telecom division while speeding that division’s development of broadband services.
