From 1968 to 1988, being the last ones at the President's Office (1980-1982); the Governor of the State of México’s Office, (1982-1985); Attorney General of the State of Mexico (1985-86); and Chief of Staff for the Secretary of Energy (1986-88).

Established and managed several companies from 1988 to 2008 for conducting and publishing public opinion surveys in México and worldwide since 1995.

Cultural values and survey research; how values affect political, economic, and social development; how they are rooted in religion and Law; how they are transmitted; how values relate to public policy and institutions; how they evolve and can be changed.
