The Fletcher School
Priscilla Elms is a second-year MALD
student at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy studying
Development Economics and Human Security. Before attending the
Fletcher School, Priscilla worked on various development
projects in Gabon, Sierra Leone, and Senegal. Priscilla is
currently writing her master's thesis on the effectiveness of
anti-corruption measures in Sierra Leone.
