Supporters of The Fletcher Fund should be proud. Last year, the Fund recorded double-digit growth (11%) for the fourth consecutive year with a total achievement of $1,363,303. This included almost 300 leadership gifts at the Fletcher Associate level.
While dollars grew, alumni participation remained at 27%. This participation level puts Fletcher at the top among our peer graduate schools of international affairs according to a recent review, and we could not be more proud. But, maintaining and growing this level of achievement remains a major challenge. Consistent alumni annual support is essential to our ability not only to retain this top spot.
To continue our records of excellence and ensure that Fletcher has the funds necessary to fulfill its mission, The Fletcher Fund goal for 2008-2009 is $1,400,000 with a participation level of 29%.
As Fletcher celebrates its 75th Anniversary this year, the School has never been stronger or more relevant. Preparing the next generation of young leaders to navigate our complex world with skill and confidence remains Fletcher's essential task. It is our support of the Fund that helps ensure the School retains its excellence as it fulfills its mission. This is one of the many reasons I support Fletcher so enthusiastically.
Our goals remain ambitious, but no less ambitious than Fletcher’s mission itself. Only with the help of every alum and friend can we continue our record of success, so please join me and many others in support of The Fletcher Fund with a gift today! Whatever you are able to give is most welcome. You can make a secure online gift by clicking here.

"Fletcher was a very special place for me. It broadened my horizons, introduced me to classmates from around the world who remain friends to this day, and provided me with a superb education. In today’s complex global society, Fletcher students are our future. They, and the School, need our help. For all these reasons, I am thrilled to be helping ensure that alumni continue to support The Fletcher Fund."
