William Moomaw is a Professor of International Environmental Policy and Director of the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy at The Fletcher School. Moomaw’s research interests include quantitative indicators of environment and development, the integration of science and technology into international agreements, and negotiation strategies for environmental agreements. Moomaw was the lead author on four reports for The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (1995, 2001, 2005, 2007). The panel’s work was recognized with a Nobel Peace Prize in 2007. Moomaw currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Climate Group, Clean Air-Cool Planet, and Earthwatch Institute.
