Building on Professional Experience in Class: Fletcher’s academics have exceeded my highest expectations. One class that truly stands out for me is ‘Petroleum in Global Economy’ taught by Professor Bruce Everett. My admiration for the class and faculty isn’t because of my background in petroleum, but because of the sheer depth and breadth covered in this course – and certainly because of Professor Everett’s energy and enthusiasm about the subject. Economic analysis and cash flow models used to make me nervous, but now I can confidently vouch for my ability to craft them with ease.

On Tufts University’s Added Value: I realized the enormous value that Tufts University adds to the whole Fletcher experience only after arriving at campus. We enjoy the benefits of sports, faculty, infrastructure, and a whole bunch of smart undergrads who are keen to engage with grad students on multiple ideas. The common pool of resources and programs have opened up many new opportunities and areas where I have explored new interests – from biking to ballroom dancing.
