On the flexibility of the curriculum: At Fletcher, the curriculum’s multidisciplinary approach has allowed me to gain a broad perspective on the relationship between law and society. I have expanded my horizons because I have the freedom to choose courses I really want to study, even if they do not fall within the purview of law subjects. On the one hand, I am studying International Business Transactions, and on the other, I have taken a course on Islam and Politics. Furthermore, the flexibility of the curriculum has allowed me to streamline my workload according to my own schedule.
How Fletcher has broadened my global perspective: Fletcher has a truly international community. Students not only come from all over the world, but they have also worked in various parts of the world. Interacting with everyone has helped broaden my perspective and I am now able to gauge an issue, not only from my own national perspective, but also from an international one. I think I am now better equipped to look at global issues from all sides, which has helped me to better understand some of the issues I am interested in.
