Student Profiles

Joshua Stinson, MALD 09, United States

“The flexible schedule allows a student to directly focus on the specific aspects underneath the international relations umbrella that he/she believes is of greatest importance. With the exceptions of a few required courses, a student can follow the desired path that he/she is passionate about. The Fletcher School allows all of us to do this, as well as potentially develop an emphasis that is not yet represented at the school. As opposed to other graduate schools in the field that dictate your schedule, the flexible schedule at The Fletcher School was very persuasive to me because I am now able to provide greater focus to the specific areas in which I am interested.”
