PhD Alumni

Our Fletcher Ph.D. Alumni are a very accomplished group of individuals. Our alums serve in key positions in the U.S. government, in foreign governments, in non-governmental organizations, as leaders in the private sector, as academics and researchers, and as military leaders.

We are thrilled that Admiral James Stavridis (ret.), a 1984 Ph.D. alum and the recent Commander of the U.S. European Command and NATO's Supreme Allied Commander (SACEUR), has been chosen as our Dean of The Fletcher School.
