Why I chose Fletcher: Though I chose Fletcher for many reasons, I can narrow it down to two main things: the unique focus and the amazing people. The Master of International Business (MIB) program at Fletcher not only offers the business curriculum that I want to study, but also provides me the opportunity to continue exploring my interest in international studies. This combination fits my career aspiration perfectly. However, what matters even more is the people here - faculty, staff, speakers, and, most importantly, my fellow students. It's great to meet people who both share common interests with you and bring inspiration from different perspectives. I feel very fulfilled here.
How I first learned about Fletcher: I learned about Fletcher quite long ago, when I was still in college. A professor mentioned Fletcher's reputation in the International Relations field, and the school has been in my mind since then. When I decided to apply for graduate school after working a few years in the private sector, at first I only considered traditional MBA programs. But when I learned about the MIB program at Fletcher, I knew right away that this was the place where I wanted to study. Nowhere else offers a better blend of business and international affairs courses. My long-awaited dream has come true!
