Why I chose Fletcher: After completing my first postgraduate degree in Comparative Politics, I was uncertain about how I would be able to translate the knowledge I gained into a career. My academic focus was on democratization which was something I felt passionately about, but the degree was purely theoretical. I felt the need to continue my academic pursuit, but within a more professional-oriented curriculum. The Fletcher School offered just that. The design and content of the degree offered a large and diverse array of specializations and were relevant to current and pertinent world issues. That is exactly what I was looking for.

Current job description: In my current position with J/P HRO, I am responsible for creating the monitoring plan, setting performance indicators, collecting monitoring data, and conducting internal evaluations for our Relocations and Redevelopment Program that aims at resettling displaced families to neighborhoods of origin or choice. In addition, I report to donors and liaise with other organizations implementing relocation programs to ensure best practices and continuous organizational learning.
