On your current job: As part of the business development team, I lead MSH positioning efforts in Asia through the development and implementation of intelligence gathering and positioning strategies to strengthen MSH’s reputation and likelihood of winning new business. I also lead teams of technical, business development, human resources, and budgeting staff in the development of proposals for USAID, DFID, and AusAid.

What skills did you learn at Fletcher that make you particularly marketable? My coursework in program design, monitoring and evaluation has provided me with some of my most marketable skills. Though I don't work directly on DM&E, being able to lead and challenge team members who use these skills to develop successful federal proposals has contributed to my success in business development.
