On campus life: There is always something going on when it comes to campus life at Fletcher. Not only does the administration provide great opportunities for speaker sessions, but the student-led organizations do an incredible job of engaging with students on campus and within the greater Boston area on a wide range of topics. From weekly social hours to small discussion groups to cultural nights, there seems to be an avenue for everyone to get involved.

On the academic experience: In the short time I've been at Fletcher, it's become even more apparent to me that none of today’s major global issues operate in a vacuum. While that may seem obvious, when you are at your day job it is very easy to think only about the issue you focus on and how it alone relates to the way the world works – whether that focus is international development issues or international investments. I can already see the issue linkages I had not previously thought existed, and I owe that to both my professors and classmates for challenging me to think more critically.
