Pat Subpa-asa, 2015, Thailand

Why Fletcher: I chose to attend Fletcher based on my positive experience during my  campus visit and in-person interview. I didn’t have an international affairs background prior to Fletcher, and I didn’t know all that much about the school before applying. I quickly learned that the curriculum fit my interests well and that I liked the Fletcher culture. Visiting the school gave me the “real” sense of this community. Everyone, from the Admissions staff, volunteer students,  to the interviewer, were all very energetic and engaging.

On the flexibility: I have designed my own curriculum based on my needs, interests and previous experience. I am able to manage my time by taking a combination of reading-oriented classes and quantitative classes to gain a better work-life balance and have the opportunity to be involved in extracurricular activities at the school. The Fletcher curriculum allows you to explore new things, pursue your career goals and take those classes that are of most interest to you.
