Phebe Phillips, 2015, USA

On the quality of faculty: The professors at Fletcher are really down to earth and approachable. They are all reputable in their fields, and many are prolific authors. Nevertheless, I can call some professors on their cell phones if I need clarification on a paper and my professors know my name and say hi in the hallways. I think that's amazing.

On what has surprised me: The thing that surprised me most about Fletcher is how many opportunities there are. I spent the first month feeling overwhelmed by the amount of guest lectures, club activities, networking events, and social activities that I could participate in. I soon realized that I didn't have to do everything. Fletcher has something for everyone and you get to pick and choose to make up the best experience.
