Professional Opportunities

While most students who earn their MA degree at Fletcher return to their previous employers, Fletcher’s Office of Career Services is here to assist those MA students who would like to use their Fletcher degree to start a career transition. MA students participate in the OCS group programming to help them both learn about the world of opportunities available to Fletcher students and to better understand the process of effectively selling themselves to a new professional audience. Students are then encouraged to work with a career coach to successfully execute an individualized plan.
