Korea’s foreign minister, Ri Yong Ho, told reporters at the United Nations yesterday that by issuing the tweet, Trump had “declared the war on our country.” He also claimed North Korea now holds “the right to shoot down the United States strategic bombers even when they’re not yet inside the airspace border of our country.”
