Raina Singh has over seven years of experience in the development space with extensive on the ground experience in India. In addition to her experience in working with non-profits, she also worked with the Monitor Inclusive Markets, part of the Monitor Group, that focused on identifying and studying market-based solutions that effect social change.
Raina started her development career by joining Hole-in-the-Wall, a Delhi based NGO, which was founded on the premise that children can learn how to use a computer without any supervision. And later at Pratham in India she rolled out a program to teach English with the use of mobile phones and set up digital classrooms across 1000 low income private and government schools, thru which teachers could teach students using digital content.
In her current role with Pratham USA, Raina is responsible for building relationships with corporates and foundations, raising awareness about Pratham and sharing Pratham's knowledge & learning about the education sector in India.
