"With the current 2009 global challenges, my GMAP learning is even more relevant now than it was in 2003. So many things in life are far too intricate for one person, one team, one organisation, or even one state to solve alone. GMAP throughout encouraged us to be inquisitive & challenging, although to do this while collaborating with each other, despite our completely different backgrounds and perspectives. I was one of the first engineers through the GMAP programme, and have since firmly moved into a commercial external role, although still in oil & gas. What I learned & experience with GMAP has helped me considerably with this transition."
