Academic Calendars

GMAP is designed to be completed in just over one year. The year includes three 2-week residencies; students begin and end their studies at The Fletcher School in Medford, MA, and also participate in a midyear residency at an international location.  The balance of the program is conducted through internet-mediated instruction, from the same professors who teach traditional courses on-site at Fletcher.

Each class also welcomes a small number of midyear students, who join the program during the international residency (the start of the second term in the traditional GMAP year).  These midyear students then continue their studies through the traditional third term, and complete their GMAP experience with the first term of next year's class.  If you are interested in learning more about this option; please feel free to contact us at fletcher-gmap@tufts.edu for more details.
